Hello and Welcome.
I’m so glad you are here.
My name is Marina. I am a degree-qualified Nutritionist, Physiotherapist, busy mother to two beautiful girls, wife and breakfast lover from Adelaide, South Australia. I am passionate about working with women of all ages; helping them to live happier, healthier and more vibrant lives. As a mum, it is also my mission to support the health of babies and children so they have the best start in life possible.
My mission is to empower you to achieve optimal health through nourishing your body, mind and soul with food and healthy habits.
I have been where you are. Exhausted, stressed, not sleeping well, craving sugar, struggling with bloating, constipation, poor memory and low moods. Gaining weight. You might have irregular or heavy periods, or unpleasant PMS symptoms. Or, you may be planning for a family or looking to support your body and baby during pregnancy. If you are a new mum, it’s common (but not normal) to feel depleted months and even years after giving birth and you may be struggling to find the time and energy to think about you. All the while juggling overwhelm with food choices, lacking time and dealing with introducing solids and picky eaters!
Whether you are a busy professional, mother, athlete, or want support for your baby or child, I am here to help. We know that what we eat, our habits and thoughts all play a HUGE role in our health. In today’s world, there is so much information available to us that it’s totally ok to feel confused or overwhelmed about which foods are right for you. I can help you navigate and guide you to your optimal health. I offer online consults which mean more flexibility for you – whether you are in your pyjamas, on your lunch break at work or feeding your baby. We can sit down with a cuppa and talk about your health. I provide an inclusive, safe and judgement-free space.
My aim is simple – to help you with your health goals so you can live a happier life.
will you join me?
My approach
I use a science-based and holistic approach to health, through nutrition and lifestyle medicine.
This means I consider you as a whole person, including body, mind, diet, habits and lifestyle, rather than just the symptoms themselves.
My mission is to get to the bottom of what is contributing to your symptoms, so you can feel well in the long term.
You get a carefully considered treatment plan, tailored to you, your goals and lifestyle
I am here to guide, inspire and empower you to get back to feeling well, energised and happy.
I believe in gradual and sustainable changes, to get you where you want to be with your health.
I don’t believe in fad diets, or cutting out whole food groups for life.
We work together, as a team. I believe in integrative care, where needed – health care coordinated with a team of professionals
Your health is everything.
What makes me qualified to help you?
I hold a Bachelor of Health Sciences in Nutritional and Dietetic Medicine, for which I was a recipient of National Award for Excellence. I am also a qualified Physiotherapist with over 14 years experience in helping people improve their health and wellbeing.
Most importantly, I am a woman and a mum. I how it feels when you don’t feel your best day after day (you can read about my health journey here). I also know how incredibly beautiful but exhausting motherhood can be. All too often your physical and mental health can take a back seat to all the other priorities in your life.
But I’m here to tell you that you ARE important and your health MATTERS. You truly can’t pour from an empty cup. Investing in your health has flow on effects and doesn’t only help you, but allows you to be your best for your family too.
I am here to support and empower you to take charge of your health so you can have more energy and feel great again. Are you ready to start your journey to better health?
