By booking a service with Marina Vuckov you agree to the upfront booking fee. You agree to attend the service on time, any late arrival is at your own cost. The appointment time will not be extended to accommodate. Any cancellation made prior to 24 hours does not incur a cancellation fee. Cancellation fees will apply to appointments cancelled with less than 24hrs notice and any appointment missed without notice. Appointments rescheduled within 2 months of the original appointment time will not incur a fee. Marina Vuckov reserves the right to refuse a booking until any outstanding cancellation fees have been paid.

If a cancellation or reschedule is required on behalf of Marina Vuckov and a suitable time cannot be agreed upon no cancellation fee will be charged. Please note there will be no refunds on completed appointments, nutraceutical supplementation and pathology testing.
